Executive Team

Cameron is the CEO of EasyPark Group since 2022. He has long experience from the tech-business and leading global organisations, most recently as CEO of The Weather Company, the world’s largest private weather company. He was responsible for building weather.com into a top 10 website in the world, and he also led them to their partnership with Apple and Android, which made the Weather app the 3rd most downloaded app in the world. In addition, he has been General Manager of IBM’s partner ecosystem, and he successfully helped lead IBM’s integration of Red Hat building Red Hat Marketplace. Martin Sandström is Chief of Staff at EasyPark Group. He is responsible for driving strategic business initiatives and ensures that the Executive Team stays honest to the Group's strategy and vision. Martin previously served as Head of Business Development at EasyPark and was running several M&A projects, market expansion and go-to-market projects. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Business Administration as well as a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Prior to joining EasyPark Group Martin has experience as a management consultant at PwC. Rebecka drives the people, culture and leadership agenda at EasyPark Group. Starting back in 2015, Rebecka built the People Function to what it is today, lining up the strategy and setting structures. Her job includes ensuring that the unique EasyPark culture is maintained, but also evolves during the company’s rapid expansion while also attracting new talent. Rebecka has a commercial background and has been part of a startup, Business Productivity in Dubai and has held roles within both sales and marketing at the Nordic skincare and pharmaceutical company ACO. She holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. Rebecka thinks the best part about working in EasyPark is: “Working together with an incredible team towards a meaningful vision is powerful. Mauritz is focused on EasyPark Group’s M&A strategy and manages the integration of acquired businesses. He has held several positions at EasyPark Group, most recently as Chief Business Development Officer and Head of Product. Mauritz joined EasyPark as CEO trainee, working to unify markets on a common platform. Mauritz has completed the Stanford Executive Education for Fast Growing Companies and holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Umeå University. He thinks the best part about working for EasyPark is: “How we have been able to realize people’s potential. Niklas is Head of EasyPark Group’s product development and tech research and development, heading projects ranging from information security to innovation. Basically, he “keeps the lights on” and makes sure that EasyPark continues to deliver the best product on the market. During his time at the company, EasyPark has developed its unique and cutting-edge technology even further, to provide solutions for the entire parking ecosystem, including cities, parking operators, garages and of course drivers, all supporting each other to create the best features. Before joining EasyPark Group, Niklas headed systems development at UC AB, in charge of leading the department’s endeavors. He has also worked as a consultant, developing tech services for the highly complex and regulated financial service industry. Niklas studied Computer Science at Mälardalen University and thinks the best part about working for EasyPark is: “The culture and the focus. Morten’s responsibility is to make it possible to use EasyPark Group’s services on every street, in every garage and on all off street parking lots globally. As Distribution Officer, Morten heads EasyPark’s country management team. Morten previously served as Head of New Markets and M&A's within EasyPark, working with expansion through acquisitions. Past experience covers senior management positions in the FMCG (Procter & Gamble/Unilever) and telecommunications industry (TDC). He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Aarhus University, Denmark and an MBA from LUISS in Rome, Italy. In addition he also has completed a number of executive education programs at Harvard University, the Wharton School and INSEAD. Louise Ekman is responsible for strengthening and safeguarding the EasyPark brands by managing communication to employees and external stakeholders. Before joining EasyPark, Louise has held several communications and PR roles in companies such as Samsung Electronics, Tele2 and Fazer from where she has gained extensive experience in media relations, crisis communications and employer branding. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing, as well as in Communication and Media studies. Louise thinks the best thing about working for EasyPark is: "The power of the people. Christopher is leading the B2B Function at EasyPark. His mission is to make parking and administration as easy as possible for companies of all sizes. The segment has grown substantially during his time at the company. Christopher’s role involves leading the company’s work with client relations, ranging from small businesses and entrepreneurs to international enterprises, and creating scalable processes across all of EasyPark’s markets. He has previously demonstrated experience from the telecommunications industry, where he served as Tele2’s Head of SME Sales. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Design from Chalmers University of Technology. Christopher thinks the best thing about working at EasyPark is: “The people, that’s why I signed up. Michael is the Head of Customer Care, dedicated to ensuring that all EasyPark Group customers are as happy as possible with their experience. Michael has also been in charge of developing the data-driven approach that Customer Care uses today, increasing both efficiency and tying customer contacts closely to ongoing product development. He has previous experience from Tele2, where he headed Technical Customer Support and later moved on to heading the Business Integration Operation area of the company’s B2B offer. He’s also been a part of building the infrastructure for the world’s first 4G network in Norway when working for Tellabs. He holds a degree from Jönköping University. Michael thinks the best thing about working at EasyPark is: “The melting pot of different cultures – it’s such a huge strength. When tackling a problem we don’t use one, but two or three sets of experiences and perspectives. Board of Directors

Niklas is a full-time board professional, an investor and adviser. He currently holds several chairmanships, including Cint, Fåntell, Evondos, Silverfin and Zervant, as well as advising the Private Equity industry. His previous experiences include directorships at a number of unlisted and listed companies ranging from financial services to telecom infrastructure. His operative experience he gained serving as CEO or divisional head at a handful of different Med-tech, Information technology and Telecommunications companies. Tuva has a unique background from management and board positions in several highly successful tech companies. She is currently a member of the board of Lunar Way, and Fortnox besides EasyPark and has previous experience as the Head of the Consumer & Issuing business unit at Klarna, as CTO and CPO of Nordnet and several key positions at Oracle. Nils joined Kindred Group in July 2020 as Chief Commercial Officer for Region 2. He has worked at Kindred in the past, holding a number of positions between 2006-16. He joined what was then Unibet Group in 2006 as a management trainee, worked as Head of Poker and Head of Established Markets before spending the final four years as Chief Marketing Officer for the Unibet brand. Nils has also held positions as Chief Marketing Officer at CurrencyFair and as Director of Digital Marketing at GVC Group. Nils studied marketing at the Stockholm School of Economics and Sociology at Stockholm University. Henrik is Partner at Verdane and joined Verdane’s Stockholm office following the 2005 portfolio acquisition from Skandia Liv. Henrik served as an investment manager at Prosper Capital/Skandia Liv and has experience in finance and management consulting. At Verdane Henrik has been active in the acquisition of several new portfolios of direct investments and he works closely with digital consumer and software companies. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden) and a CEMS Master from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). Jussi Wuoristo is Partner and member of the founding team of Vitruvian Partners, a global investment firm with c.€10bn of AuM. At Vitruvian, Jussi focuses on digital growth businesses across geographies, leads the activities of the firm in Software and the Nordic region and serves on the boards of several private companies as non-executive director and chair. His experience includes investments in Just Eat, Unifaun, Linimed and CRF Health, among others. Reed Snyder is a Principal at Verdane, based in Oslo and focused on investing into high-growth companies in the energy transition and mobility segments across Europe. In addition to his Board role at EasyPark, Reed sits on the Board at EVA Global and Cleanwatts. Prior to joining Verdane, Reed was a growth investor with Activant Capital and started his career in the Private Equity group at Goldman Sachs, both roles in New York City.
